As an Insurance Customer Contact Officer, you will answer customers on the phone and by mail with all kinds of non-life insurance questions. You will speak to different types of customers such as insurers, advisers, counterparties and end consumers. You will often receive a lot of information during these conversations, so it is necessary to be able to filter information well and switch quickly where necessary.
