Jij bent het inhoudelijke en coachende aanspreekpunt binnen het Schade-team. Je combineert jouw vakkennis met een begeleidende rol richting collega’s. Je behandelt zelf complexe schadedossiers en draagt actief bij aan de kwaliteit en ontwikkeling van onze dienstverlening. Daarnaast signaleer je verbetermogelijkheden in processen en werk je nauw samen met de teammanager(s) en andere collega’s om het team naar een hoger niveau te tillen.
