Als re-integratiemanager ben je de procesregisseur van een verzuimdossier, waarbij je als doel hebt mensen sneller te laten re-integreren en de kosten, voor de werkgever en verzekeraar, zo laag mogelijk te houden. In deze functie werk je nauw samen met de werkgever en verschillende arbodiensten om te kijken waar mogelijkheden liggen om het verzuim te verkorten door het inzetten van de juiste interventie.
