D&S Group launches programme Adviseur van de Toekomst

To support ambitious agents in taking the step towards entrepreneurship, D&S Group has launched the 'Agent of the Future' ("Adviseur van de Toekomst") programme. Participants will receive support in setting up their own advisory firm and will have access to a wide range of attractive insurance products from various providers, as well as IT support. The programme aims to help talented agents realise their entrepreneurial dreams.
The role of agents in distributing business and private insurance remains as important as ever. According to D&S Group, high-quality advice is essential in a market where the range of products offered by different risk carriers is constantly growing. Agents are approachable and have an overview of the products available on the market. They understand the risks faced by customers and thus ensure they find the most suitable solutions.

In this market, D&S Group embraces the opportunity to support talented agents considering taking the step into entrepreneurship. The programme focuses particularly on experienced agents who are currently employed, as well as young talents at the beginning of their careers.
For both groups, taking the step towards entrepreneurship, particularly in the regulated insurance sector, can seem challenging. The Agent of the Future programme aims to simplify the process of setting up your own advisory firm and empower agents by handling matters such as IT, administration, financial administration and marketing.
This enables agents to focus all their time and energy on the areas where they can really add value: helping customers find the most suitable solutions.
The programme involves a multi-year collaboration, during which the agent will:
- be assisted in setting up his/her business and obtaining the necessary AFM licence(s),
- gain access to a wide range of products relating to P&C and income protection products from DAs,
- will have access to ePlus, an advanced CRM system, and VerzekeringsInzicht, a market-leading absenteeism management portal,
- receive assistance with his/her financial administration,
- gain access to a network of agents, with whom they will meet regularly during networking meetings, training sessions and courses,
- be assisted in his/her personal and professional development.
The programme offers agents the opportunity to start at any time of year, after a thorough orientation phase. As each collaboration is tailor-made, the level of support that agents receive from D&S Group depends on their individual circumstances and needs.
