As senior claims handler, you are the substantive and coaching contact within the Claims team. You combine your expertise with a guiding role towards colleagues. You handle complex claims files yourself and actively contribute to the quality and development of our services. In addition, you identify improvement opportunities in processes and work closely with the team manager(s) and other colleagues to lift the team to a higher level.
